Spring Run Training

For all those who are interested in developing their running speed and endurance a spring run training group is being setup. These session are going to be run on monday's and friday's at 4:00pm at the surf club by a trainer from outside the surf club. At this stage if you are unable to attend we will work to have the sessions available for your use. Any enquiries contact James Coombes.
