St Clair members take on Aussie pool champs

Andy McMillan, Andrew Trembath and Carina Doyle head away this week to race at the 2015 National Pool Rescue Championships at the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre as part of the SLSNZ High Performance Squads

DCC preparing beach repairs

The Dunedin City Council have commenced stock piling sand at the end of Moana Rua Road in preparations for repairs to the beach.

Cam Burrow selected in Marist Colts Squad

Congratulations to Cam Burrow who has been selected in the 2015 New Zealand Marist Colts Squad for their August tour of the lower North Island.

Introduction to Surf Coaching Course

An introduction to Surf Coaching Course will be run at St CLair on Sunday, 20 September.

Upgrades to Changing Rooms

The first stage of the upgrade to the changing is about to commence with the resurfacing of the floor. Once this has commenced the changing rooms will be unavailable for two weeks.

Entertainment Books

The club still has Entertainment Books for sale, please email the club if you wish to purchase one of these.

IRB Funding from Bendigo Valley

St Clair has recently received significant funding from the Bendigo Valley Sports & Charity Foundation towards the purhcase of a full replacement IRB set up. This new equipment will arrive in time for the start of voluntary patrols in October.

Equipment Purchases

Don't forget if you are seeking support from the club towards being allocated new equipment this season you will need to fill in an Equipment Purchase Application Form.

Any equipment not purchased using the above process will be allocated as per the Gear Allocation Policy.

Lifeguard Award Training

Lifeguard award training ahead of the new season has now started with sessions run each Sunday at 2pm, please contact Ossian Woods if you wish to be involved.
