Fundraising and Improvements Committee - 14th Oct 2014

A number of projects which have been suggested in recent years which are designed to progress our club.

In order to assess these projects and determine the viability for the club to pursue such projects, it is being proposed that a Fundraising and Improvements Committee is established. This would be a sub-committee from the club executive committee.

The main role of the Fundraising and Improvements Committee will be to take the existing work which has already occurred on any projects and assess these in consultation with the club committee to establish a direction for the club to make.

It is anticipated that between 4 and 7 individuals will be required to be part of the Fundraising and Improvements Committee (with additional members from the club committee also being involved).

At this time a call for expressions of interest from anyone wishing to part of the Fundraising and Improvements Committee is being made. In particular it is important that any individuals who have previously undertaken work on the projects mentioned above are involved.

The due date for these would be Monday 27 October. Expressions of interest are welcome by email stclairslsc@xtra.co.nz
