Club Fitness Training

A general club fitness training session will be run each Monday night at the club from 5.30pm.

There will be a mixture of outside and inside components to each session and is open to all club members; seniors and juniors. This is a good chance to get in some pre-season conditioning work but also to interact with your fellow club members.

The coach for the sessions is Ossian Woods.
