Successful Pool Champs for St Clair

The St Clair team placed 9th out of a competing 33 clubs and was the top South Island club. This is a great result considering we only competed in half of the age groups in a record field of 567 competitors.

This result was achieved through a total of 15 individual placings and 4 team placings which gave us a total of 29 medals.

Our Gold medal winners were:

  • Erika Fairweather, Under 12 Womens 50 Meter Swim with Fins
  • Erika Fairweather, Under 12 Womens 50 Meter with with Obstacles
  • Erika Fairweather, Under 12 Womens 50 Meter Brick Carry
  • Erika Fairweather, Under 12 Womens 50 Meter Rescue Medley
  • Erika and Jade Fairweather, Under 12 Womens 100 Meter Tow with Patient
  • Carina Doyle, Devon Familton, Olivia Gold and Kaori Kitahara, Open Womens 4 X 50 Meter Medley Relay
  • Carina Doyle, Devon Familton, Olivia Gold and Kaori Kitahara, Open Womens 4 X 50 Meter Obstacle Relay
  • Carina Doyle, Open Womens 200 Meter Super Lifesaver

Our Silver medal winners were:

  • Andrew Trembath; Open Mens 200 Meter Swim with Obstacles
  • Carina Doyle; Open Womens 50 Meter Mankin Carry
  • Carina Doyle; Open Womens 100 Meter Rescue Medley
  • Carina Doyle; Open Womens 200 Meter Swim with Obstacles

Our Bronze medal winners were:

  • James Coombes, Kou Kitahara, Andrew Trembath and Hamish Trembath; Open Mens 4 X 50 Meter Medley Relay
